我的代码使用动态IP 可以完美工作,LED连接到服务器,按钮连接到客户端,可以使用动态IP地址两个设备。但是当我设置静态IP地址时,客户端无法连接到服务器,并且总是显示连接失败

注意我已经注释了所有静态IP线路,当我注释它们并使用动态ips时,客户端可以完美地连接到服务器,并且当我使用静态ips而非动态ips时,客户端无法与服务器连接。任何帮助将不胜感激。
