我已经检查了扫描递归，针对C进行了优化，提取了所有内容并使用了源浏览器 选项，似乎没有任何作用，并且doxygen甚至都没有查看lib文件夹。

在Doxywizard中，这似乎是一个未解决的问题。在github上关注here。 当使用stdin作为doxygen配置设置（即doxygen -）的输入时，只有doxywizard受影响的版本是1.8.19，doxygen版本的命令行版本是1.8.19。

根据线程，唯一的生存工具是命令行。

最简单的方法是使用Doxywizard生成Doxyfile。然后使用带有Doxyfile作为参数的命令行doxygen工具生成文档。在此之前，在Windows PATH变量中添加doxygen路径（默认为C：\ Program Files \ doxygen \ bin）。
