我运行yarn add webpack和yarn add webpack-cli。我删除了node_modules并运行了束exec rails webpacker：install。但这不起作用。 寻找类似的问题，并尝试了其中的一些问题-捆绑执行rake webpacker：安装和npm安装。而且不起作用。
