如何解决Hadoop名称节点无法关闭安全模式

我是Hadoop的新手。在docker中构建具有5个节点的Hadoop集群后，无法关闭namenode安全模式。 我尝试了“ ./hadoop dfsadmin -safemode离开”和“ ./hadoop dfsadmin -safemode forceExit”，两者均无效。是因为资源不足吗？谁能帮我解决这个麻烦？非常感谢！ 我使用Hadoop 3.3.0
