这听起来像是一个相当简单的身份验证问题，只要当前用户在域中和域外都没有共享权限，就会弹出这种身份验证问题。在系统用户下运行并尝试访问其他设备上的共享时，也会出现此问题。

解决方案是使用WNetUseConnection API打开到目标设备的身份验证连接，执行文件操作，然后通过调用WNetCancelConnection2来关闭连接。
