解决方法

这是项目名称中的é。不要那样做。

请记住,项目名称不是面向用户的。您可以使用其中带有é的名称来调用 app ,但不要尝试使用这样的名称来启动项目。坏事会发生(而您刚遇到其中之一)。

我建议您从头开始。这比尝试重命名项目及其相关的所有内容都容易。
