如何解决Mule CE 3.9.0 REST连接：收到致命警报：handshake_failure

我们有一个连接Taleo的Mule CE集成。突然集成无法使用REST API连接连接到Taleo系统。

错误消息：

Root Exception stack trace:
javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
    at sun.security.ssl.Alerts.getSSLException(Alerts.java:208)

使用Mule企业版时，相同的连接代码可以正常工作，但是使用社区版时，连接代码失败。
