如何解决android服务始终运行,并在需要时通知用户

无论何时用户在行驶中的汽车上,我都需要一项服务来发出通知。 我使用ActivityRecognition来确定用户何时在汽车中。问题是,即使应用程序被用户破坏或删除,我也需要我的服务才能运行。 我尝试在不同的进程上运行该服务,但几分钟后该服务停止工作。我也尝试使用前台服务,但是在此方面也遇到了同样的问题。
