解决方法

我不相信Channel的构造函数参数期望该值采用URI格式；您最好的选择可能是：

Channel channel = new Channel("localhost",5001,ChannelCredentials.Insecure)

Channel channel = new Channel("localhost:5001",ChannelCredentials.Insecure);
