今天我遇到了同样的问题。现在，在卸载后，我无法将其重新安装。在一些github讨论中，我看到有人建议卸载Atom，然后重新安装Atom的先前版本。

现在

1. 打开Atom并转到文件->设置->安装
2. 搜索terminus，然后单击安装
3. 安装总站后，找到Shell Override并在其中写入C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe
4. 重新启动Atom
5. 在Atom窗口的左下方找到一个加号（+）。然后点击它！欢呼！终端已打开！
