如何解决本地 Apache 响应 503 macOS Big Sur

现在我的本地开发环境无法正常工作，并且出现以下 503：
服务不可用 由于维护停机或容量问题，服务器暂时无法为您的请求提供服务。请稍后再试。
我在 /var/log/apache2 中找不到任何 error_log 文件是空的，所以也是 /private/var/log/apache2 我在 /usr/local/etc/httpd/httpd.conf 文件中找不到任何关于错误日志的内容， 我试过了：

我试过用 index.html 做一个 hello world 它工作正常，但用 index.php 发生错误。

nano index.html
