如何解决参数@Something 没有默认值Access 数据库、Visual Studio VB.NET

我遇到的问题是在我的函数中的这一行抛出了一个错误：

count = command.ExecuteScalar()

错误如下：

我成功地为计数返回了一个值，即 0。这是一个可能的值，但我现在想知道计数返回为零的事实是否可能是导致此错误的部分原因？
