已经找到方法了。但我不知道有没有更好的方法。随意评论我的错误。 ;).

我查看了我能做出什么输出和什么可能性，我发现：我不能把这些代码放在 add_item.rb 中，甚至不能在这个文件中为这个函数创建另一个函数/过程。然后，我注意到只有第一次出现问题，第二次提交时，代码按预期工作。

因此，我将它放在 add_item.rb 中的 cart_controller.rb 之后的 result 过程中，而不是在 add_item 中。
