解决方法

在 buildScript 块中有这行代码：

classpath("org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-gradle-plugin:${springBootVersion}")

这是告诉gradle使用哪个版本的spring boot插件的代码。当您将 springBootVersion = '1.5.2.RELEASE' 更改为 springBootVersion = '2.4.3' 时，这也会影响 Spring Boot 版本以及 Spring Boot 插件版本。因此出现错误。
