我有多个 github 帐户，因此为了通过 ssh 管理它们，我在 ~/.ssh/config 文件中放入了两个不同的条目。

根据网上的很多提示，尝试了很多错误，我通过修改系统文件/etc/ssh/ssh_config找到了解决方案。

刚刚在文件末尾添加了这个选项：

IPQoS 0x00
