如何解决Google App 引擎 python2.7 Boto AttributeError: 'module' 对象没有属性 'HTTPSConnection'

我最近在做一个项目，该项目使用在 Ubuntu18.04 上的 python2.7 上运行的 Google App Engine。文件需要上传到 AWS S3，因此我们为此使用 boto。但是，在应用程序外部运行代码可以工作，但是在 GAE 内部运行它时出现以下错误：
