如何解决从asp文件重定向到aspx文件后无法下载文件

我有 asp 经典文件，它重定向到下载 excel 文件的 aspx 文件。

当 asp 重定向到 aspx 文件时，什么也没有发生。

但是如果我得到 aspx 的链接并在新标签中打开它，一切正常：
